Potty Training

Claire lost interest in potty training a couple of months ago but has slowly started to want to go pee pee on the potty again. She is not keeping her diaper dry and doesn't always tell me if she needs to go pee pee but we are getting there. Last week I put her in underwear and within 15 minutes she had peed on the floor and didn't care that her underwear was wet. Today though she came to me without a diaper and pants on and said "I go poo poo" so I got up and went into the bathroom and she had peed in the little potty all by herself. What an accomplishment to take off her diaper and pants herself and sit down to pee pee. Plus, she had kept her diaper dry for a couple of hours which was an accomplishment in itself. Progress may be slow but at least it's progress. Hopefully soon we will have one less child in diapers.
