Heard Museum Dinosaur Exhibit

Yesterday afternoon we took the kids to the Heard Nature Museum in McKinney to see the new dinosaur exhibit. Every year around this time the museum has an exhibit with life sized dinosaurs that you can walk on a trail and see. They move and even makes noises. Last year Bill and his parents took the kids while I was in Colorado for the weekend and Sam was very scared of the dinosaurs. This year Sam's favorite thing are dinosaurs so we thought we'd try it again. It was a perfect day for it, in the low 70's and cloudy. Claire rode in the stroller most of the time and Sam anxiously walked from one dinosaur to the next. The T-Rex was the best one. It was really neat to see how big a T-Rex really was. We took lots of great pictures that I will post soon. The exhibit appears to have new dinosaurs every year so we'll be excited to see what they have to offer next year.
